Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders at BIO-PRIME are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Cold-Chain Logistics
To ensure maximum peptide stability and purity, all sensitive research compounds are shipped using specialized cold-chain packaging. This includes insulated medical-grade containers and cooling agents designed to maintain optimal temperatures during the transit period from our laboratory to your facility.
Regional Coverage
We currently provide express shipping throughout Canada via Xpresspost, including all major provinces and territories. International shipping is restricted to verified research institutions in compliance with local regulations. Please contact our logistics team for specific carrier availability in your territory.
Tracking & Verification
Once your research order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. A signature may be required upon delivery to confirm receipt by the authorized researcher.
